NCC: Vendor Risk Management System (VRMS)

Office Machines Nigeria Limited (OMNL) was appointed by the Nigerian Communications Commission to develop and install the Vendor Risk Management System (VRMS). VRMS is software that was wholly conceptualized, developed and implemented by OMNL.

The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) realized the great need to manage their vendors; this need gave way to the development of the project. OMNL designed the VRMS to capture all data relating to the vendors; the software has features like document management, vendor risk assessment, relationship management, third party performance review, due diligence review and a host of others.

The software provides seamless operation for the Commission particularly for the Procurement by automating the process required to manage a vendor thus reducing problems of human error, fraud, nepotism and time wastage.
