NACA: IT EQUIPMENT FOR STATE WAREHOUSE PROJECT

National Agency for the Control of Aids (NACA) is a body set up to develop and articulate a strategic plan for an expanded national response to HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. To fulfill this function, NACA established offices in 36 states of the federation and FCT. Each of its state offices has a warehouse that stores antiretroviral and other products. The warehouse is automated using Information Technology systems, applications and software. In line with this automation process, NACA in 2023 requested for eligible vendors through a National Competitive Bid to supply IT tools and equipment for ten warehouses.

After a thorough evaluation process, NACA granted a contract to Office machines Nigeria Limited to provide IT equipment for its state warehouses. The decision to award the contract to Office Machines Nigeria Limited was based on proven track record, value for money and exceptional customer service.

The project was carried out seamlessly within a concise four-week timeframe as stipulated by the client. The best of breed systems delivered includes desktops, routers and switches.
