Fixed Asset Administration and Management Software

Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) awarded Four D Associates the contract for Fixed Asset Administration and Management Software. The software is created to track all the fixed assets in an organization for the purpose of effective accounting, preventive maintenance, compliance with Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) requirements, audit purposes and reduction in theft.
The software is designed to maintain an inventory of all the assets and track features like location, quantity, condition, maintenance, depreciation. The project spans a period of six months and involves the planning and design of a system structure, the installation and configuration of the fixed assets accounting product suite.
The software is aimed at bolstering the productivity of the Commission through drastic reduction in expenses and effective tracking of assets.
